Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Milewire LLC ("Milewire," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the OpReadiness self-assessment at assessment.milewire.io (the "Site").

Who we are

Milewire LLC is a private LTE operational advisory firm based in Arlington, Texas. You can contact us at info@milewire.io.

What we collect

Assessment responses. Your yes/no answers are processed in your browser to calculate a score, maturity band, and personalized Operational Readiness Report. If you submit the lead form, your individual question responses and report summary fields (such as identified gaps and top risks) are also sent to our server and stored in our CRM as described below.

Lead form information. If you request your readiness report, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Report generation. Your personalized readiness report is generated immediately in your browser after a successful lead submission. You may download a PDF copy of that report to your device. The PDF is created locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share it with us separately.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated third-party marketing.

How information is shared

When you submit the lead form, your information is transmitted securely to our server and stored in Zoho CRM, our customer relationship management system, so Milewire can record your assessment results and follow up appropriately.

The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs as part of providing hosting and security services.

If you choose to schedule an advisory review, you may be directed to Calendly (calendly.com/milewire/plte-discovery-call). Calendly's privacy policy governs information you provide on their scheduling page.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Milewire or others.

Cookies and analytics

The Site is designed to function without requiring account registration. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this assessment. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs for operational and security purposes. The PDF download feature uses a JavaScript library (jsPDF) loaded from our Site; it does not send your report content to a third party.

Data retention

Lead information submitted through the Site is retained in our CRM for as long as needed to maintain our business relationship and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Your on-screen report and locally downloaded PDF remain under your control on your device.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption for data in transit and restrict access to lead information to authorized Milewire personnel and systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

You may use the assessment without submitting the lead form. If you have submitted information and wish to access, correct, or delete it, contact us at info@milewire.io.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
